My name is MONICA TORRES
I'm a proud first generation Latin American weirdo, (yes weirdo, you read that right). I am based in San Diego, CA, working toward combining my desire in becoming both a better human being and Graphic Designer. And the order of those last two goals matter very much to me.
To give a brief summary of myself, I’d like to tell you about the things that presently keep me going, in other words the things I love. Which include discovering new music, podcasts, books, concerts, finding food and drinks that hit the spot, cute kawaii items, animal print, tattoos, delicious typography, traveling, metal work, self-help content, clever art/functions, my dog, my mentors, my friends, my mom, and the list goes on.
I’ve studied Graphic Design and the many facets of it since 2015, and I will always look forward to learning more as I work and from the connections I make along the way.
